Hi — I’m Ishita, a certified Parenting Coach and certified NLP Practitioner. I help pregnant people, new parents, and couples who’ve recently become a family find practical tools, clearer thinking, and kinder communication so they can enjoy this season instead of just surviving it.
My story:
I came into coaching because not just myself but I saw other parents I cared about trading sleep, peace, and connection for worry and guilt. I trained in parenting coaching to learn evidence-based approaches, and I added NLP so I could give parents fast, usable tools — the tiny shifts that change how you feel and how your child responds. I blend warm empathy with simple, science-aligned strategies and practical NLP techniques (like quick reframes and calming anchors) so parents don’t need to read a dozen books or endless posts to see progress.
