How I work
My coaching is practical, collaborative, and focused on outcomes. Typical support includes 1:1 coaching packages, short group cohorts, and guided audios you can use anywhere. I combine evidence-based parenting strategies with bite-sized NLP techniques (anchoring, micro-reframes, and pattern interrupts) so that change feels fast and sustainable.
What to expect
If we work together I’ll listen first — to your struggles, your rhythms, and what you value most as a parent. Then we’ll create a simple plan with clear actions you can take between sessions. Expect homework that’s short and realistic, audios you can use on the spot, and real tools for when things feel chaotic.

Not therapy
I’m a coach, not a therapist. If something looks clinical (severe postnatal depression, PTSD, or an urgent mental-health issue), I will help you find the right professional and support you in the transition.
